TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL ACTIVITIES FOR CONSUMERS AND CO-OPERATORS
Services and Prices:
The prices and the services offered and to be delivered by Happy Fox under these Terms & Conditions for programs or services are set out in the program descriptions for each weekly program service or tailor made programs. The given prices include VAT according to the Taxation Laws and Regulations of Finland.
Happy Fox reserves the right :
- To change the prices in case of any unforeseen increases in costs (including but not limited to taxes, fuel prices etc.) beyond the control of Happy Fox.
- To change the timetables or contents due to ice or weather conditions or similar reasons.
- Force Majeure: Happy Fox has right to charge maximum 200 € office fee.
Language used for guiding and during all services is English if not otherwise stated or agreed.
Reservation received by Happy Fox is considered as confirmed upon reservation confirmation send by Happy Fox to the consumer. Payment options will be presented in our webstore, or in case of reservations made on the spot, during the booking process.
More than 7 days prior to the arrival cancellation fee € 25,00 per person.
7-1 days prior to the adventure or no show 100% of the total amount.

All changes or alterations to be made to the reservation shall be made in writing within office hours in Finland. The requested changes are subject to the written approval of Happy Fox.
Happy Fox has a General Third Party Liability Insurance for bodily injury and property damage according to the terms and conditions of Lähitapiola insurance company.
Happy Fox may only be held liable for personal injuries or material damage arising from accidents that have happened during the delivery of the offered services and which are caused by negligence of the Happy Fox or its employees or sub-contractors or by the provision of faulty equipment.
Happy Fox is not liable for any accidental damage or injury which has to be indemnified under the travel insurance of a customer.
Neither Party shall be held liable for any default, damage or loss due to a condition force majeure or to unreasonable impairment of the Party’s operations due to a similar cause (including but not limited to war, strike, weather, lack of snow, or other natural condition etc.). If encountered a force majeure condition, the Party shall immediately notify the other Party in writing thereof, and shall keep the other Party fully informed of the continuance of the force majeure condition and of any relevant change of circumstances whilst such force majeure continues. When encountered a force majeure conditions Parties shall also take all reasonable steps available to it to minimize the effects of the force majeure on the performance of their obligations under this contractual relationship.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Finnish Law. The Finnish Courts shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, controversy or claim related to such a demand. The District Court of Lapland (in Finnish: Lapin Käräjäoikeus), placed in Rovaniemi, shall be the court of first instance.

Orders are collected from the online shop selection by adding the products to the shopping basket. The order is confirmed by using the check-out functionality in the online shop to pay for the purchase. By confirming an order, you accept these terms and conditions, product pricing and shipping costs. An e-mail confirmation will be delivered in case an e-mail address is provided by the time of confirming the order. The e-mail confirmation lists the products ordered and the price breakdown.
Happy Fox Oy FI2815093-2 (online shop) sells products to private persons in Finland and abroad. We reserve all rights to change the terms and conditions, and the prices. All prices include the VAT.
Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. is the payment facilitator of the online shop. Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of the Stripe. Stripe is shown as the payment received in the bank account listing and in the invoice. Paying with Stripe is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

1. Collecting data
We collect data when you sign up to our site or make a purchase. The information we collect will include your name, e-mail address and phone number. Additionally, we automatically receive and record information about your computer and browser including IP address, software and hardware information, and the page you are requesting.
2. Use of data
The information we collect from you can be used for the following:

• Developing our website
• Developing our customer service and support needs
• E-mail contacts
• Managing competitions, campaigns and quizzes
3. E-commerce privacy
We own the information collected on this site alone. Information that allows your identification will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company for any reason without your consent, excluding the information required for the execution of a request or event such as order delivery.
4. Disclosure of information to a third party
We do not sell, exchange, or otherwise transfer information that reveals your identity to third parties. This does not include trusted third parties that assist us in maintaining our site or in performing our business. These parties must keep this information confidential. We believe that sharing information is necessary when it comes to investigating, blocking, or otherwise dealing with illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations that may potentially endanger a person’s physical security, violation of our Terms of Service, and other legally required situations. However, non-private information may be disclosed to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other purposes.
5. Protection of information
We have various security measures to protect your personal information. We use state-of-the-art protection to encrypt data sent online. We use “Let’s encrypt SLL” encryption, which updates itself regularly. This allows the transferred data to be encrypted. Only employees who need to perform a particular job (such as billing or customer service) can use private information that allows identification. Computers / servers that contain private information are stored in a safe environment.
We use your email address to provide information and upgrades to your order, occasional company news, product information that may interest you, etc. If you wish to stop receiving e-mails at any moment, you can use the detailed cancellation instructions at the end of each email.
